How long does it take to receive ordered items?
All ordered items are shipped within a maximum of 14 days. You are kept informed by email on preparation and shipment.
How can I know about my order processing?
We send you a confirmation email of at the latest 24 hours after of your order validation. In this e-mail you will find the summary of your command as well as a link allowing you to reach your account and to follow your order processing. Your order will go through the following statuses: "validated", "Being prepared" and finally "Sent". You will also receive another email indicating that your parcel has been delivered to the carrier, in which a follow-up number will allow you to follow the delivery processing.
How can I cancel or modify my order ?
You can cancel or modify your order within the order following its validation. The modifications will be taken into account on the day if notified within deadlines.

Shipment deadlines vary according to the clothes you have chosen. Dresses, skirts, tops, embroidered pants require time for manufacturing, as embroidery is hand made. Delivery deadlines depend on the delivery mode you have chosen. The deadline is 24h for an express delivery in France (by Chronopost). For a delivery to a foreign country, the deadline varies from 2 to 5 days, depending on the country.
Can I get a delivery abroad?
Delivery is available to any country, subject to the carrier availability. Delivery deadlines varies according to destinations.
What to do in case of no delivery?
If you don’t receive your parcel before scheduled deadline and if you don’t receive any delivery advice, please check your parcel status on the website of the delivery company linked to the delivery mode you have chosen. What to do if my product is damaged or if I don’t receive the ordered product?

5. Return and refund
If the ordered product doesn’t suit me, how can I send it back and what is the deadline ?
You have 14 days after reception to send back your product in its original condition and packing (including label). Return delivery charges are at your expense. No refund can be done without the original label.

We refund with the mean you used to pay your product (paid back on your credit card, withdrawal, paypal account).
6. Technical problems
I don’t receive my order confirmation or delivery email ?
These emails can be stored in your unwanted email or spam files of your email software as our email address doesn’t belong to your contact list. We advise you to authorize our domain http://www.balensi.com/ on the spam control tool or your email software.
What to do if I can’t proceed my payment ?
If you can’t proceed your payment, please verify your credit card number and your expiration date. Check with your bank that it doesn’t prevent the payment. For safety purposes, our customer service has no access to your credit card information but is available for help.
Are there sales or promotions?
As our products are crafted in limited edition, we don’t have a large stock. But we propose, on specific periods, exceptional sales on special collections.
